Warranty Policy

Dustshield LLC warrants to the original consumer (Purchaser) that our product is free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years. This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the Purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover environmental corrosion beyond the NEMA rating of the product.

Warranty Claims

Product found to be defective, will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product at no additional expense (freight included) to the customer.

Dustshield LLC shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.

Except for the express warranty stated above, Dustshield LLC makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
