Shipping Errors / Defective Product
Product found to be defective or shipments in error, will be repaired or replaced at no expense (freight included) to the customer promptly within 10 working days.
Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
Product must be returned in new condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer should arrange for return delivery. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receiving returned merchandise. 25% restocking charges apply. Custom and modified product sales are final. Printer and Label Printer enclosure sales are final.
